SmsBuyz is a service for receiving SMS messages online using virtual phone numbers. It allows you to verify accounts on various services like WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and many others without using your personal phone number.

You choose a service (e.g. WhatsApp), select a country, and purchase a virtual number. Then you use that number to register or verify your account on the selected service. The SMS verification code will appear in your SmsBuyz dashboard within seconds.

Yes. SmsBuyz provides virtual numbers for legitimate verification purposes. However, users are solely responsible for how they use the service and must comply with local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

No. SmsBuyz is a web-based service. You can use it directly from your browser on any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile. We also provide an API for developers.

Click the "Registration" button at the top of the page, enter your email address and password, agree to the terms and conditions, and click "Create account". You can also sign in with Google for faster registration.

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your registered email. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.

Currently, changing your email address is not supported. If you need to use a different email, please create a new account. Note that balance transfers between accounts are not available.

Accounts may be blocked for violating the terms of service. Common reasons include mass cancellation abuse or using the service for prohibited purposes. Contact our support team for more information about your specific case.

We accept various payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC), and other local payment options. The available methods are shown in the "Top up balance" section.

The minimum deposit amount depends on the payment method selected. For cryptocurrency it starts from $1, and for card payments it may vary. Check the "Top up balance" section for current limits.

SmsBuyz itself does not charge deposit fees. However, payment processors and cryptocurrency networks may charge their own transaction fees. These fees are displayed before you confirm the payment.

Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. The refund is made to your balance first, and then can be withdrawn through the payment method used for the original deposit, minus any processing fees.

Please wait up to 15 minutes for the payment to process. If the balance is still not updated after that, contact our support team with your transaction details (payment method, amount, date/time).

Select the service you want to verify with (e.g. WhatsApp), choose a country, optionally select an operator, and click "Buy". The number will be assigned to you instantly, and you can use it for SMS verification.

Standard activations last 15-30 minutes. During this time, you can receive unlimited SMS from the selected service. If you don't receive an SMS within the time limit, you can cancel the activation and get a refund.

Yes! During the activation period (15-30 minutes), you can receive unlimited SMS from the selected service on one number. This is useful for services that send multiple verification codes.

Number availability depends on operators and countries. Try selecting a different country or operator. You can also wait a few minutes as new numbers are added regularly. Check the sidebar for real-time availability counts.

No. Each number is dedicated to a single service. If you need to verify accounts on different services, you need to purchase separate numbers for each.

Wait a few minutes as some services may delay sending the code. If you still don't receive it after 5 minutes, you can cancel the activation (the funds will be returned) and try again with a different number or country.

Some services may reject certain virtual numbers. Try purchasing a number from a different country or operator. If the issue persists, the number may have been previously used for that service.

Yes. If you haven't received an SMS yet, you can click "Cancel" to release the number. The funds will be automatically returned to your balance. Note: you cannot cancel after receiving an SMS.

If you did not receive an SMS within the allotted time, the activation is automatically cancelled and the money is returned to your balance. If you received an SMS, the activation is considered completed.

Yes! SmsBuyz provides a comprehensive REST API that allows you to automate number purchases, check SMS codes, and manage activations programmatically. Check the API documentation page for details.

API documentation is available on the API page accessible from the top navigation. It includes endpoints, request/response examples, and code samples in popular programming languages.

The API itself is free. You only pay for the numbers and SMS you consume, at the same prices as on the website. There are no additional API usage fees.

Yes. To ensure fair usage and service stability, API requests are limited. Standard accounts can make up to 100 requests per minute. Contact support if you need higher limits.

Submit a refund request through our support system within 5 days of the purchase. Include your order details and the reason for the refund. Our team will review and process your request within 30 business days.

Refunds are not available if: the SMS was already received and used; the activation was completed; or the 5-day request window has passed. See our full Refund Policy for details.
